On 23rd of February, the annual tournament "Masterskiy" was held in Tambov, Russia. 

This is a new tournament and is held only for the second time.  In spite of this, it gathered around 534 competitors, immediately setting a new record, which is 100 competitors more than last year! 

The tournament was organized by Mr. Kim Andrey the ITF Coaches Committee Member. Among the invited persons was Master Lazaros Tsilfidis, the President of All Russia Taekwon-Do Federation was presented. We create traditions.
