From 7th to 9th September has been hold the annual Technical Congress of the Spanish Federation FEST.

The Congress that took place on the Ciudad Esportiva Camilo Cano in the city of La Nucia, a special place where the facilities are wonderful.

The congress was attended for 150 Masters, Instructors and new black belts that love Taekwon-Do ITF. During the 3 days the participants could learn from the Masters and Instructors of the FEST different topics from Patterns, Traditional Sparring, Self Defence, Umpiring and also this year Social Media, with Mr Sergio Magan Instagram Expert. During the Congress we could learn, train and have some fun with the Taekwon-Do ITF Friends.

Without doubt a weekend that we will not forget!!!

On Saturday evening we have the awarding ceremony Gala where was give the awards of the FEST for 2017.
