On 6-7 April 2019, the first KICK OFF meeting was held on the project "Taekwon-Do for the Mind: Get a Black Belt in Values" with No. 60301-EPP-1-2018-1-BG-SPO -SSCP funded under the Erasmus + program. 

The meeting was held in hotel Orlovetz *****, Pamporovo resort, Bulgaria and was attended by all participants of the project from the countries of Bulgaria, Slovenia and Greece, namely: Biser Manchev, Ventsislav Ignatov, Mario Danov, Christian Tsankov, Yavor Tasev, GM Panagiotis Gialamas , Konstantinos Gialamas, Ioannis Gialamas, Pelagia Sachinidou, Dimitrios Stogiannis, Vili Vorsnik, Vahid Drapic, Frederic Kolenc, Suzana Drapic and Denis Drapic. 

At the meeting was elected The Steering Committee (SC) of the project, consisting of Chairman - Biser Manchev (Bulgaria) and members - Denis Drapic (Slovenia) and GM Panagiotis Gialamas (Greece). We planned the future work and project coordination, as well as the exact dates for the upcoming meetings. An evaluation plan, quality assurance and dissemination plan were prepared. The Project Coordinator presented a detailed description of the budget. At the meeting was also signed a contract between the three organizations in related to the implementation of the project. In the end, polls were completed, from which it became clear that the initial meeting was very useful to all.

An official press conference was held right after finalizing the KICK OFF event at Information Center "Sofia - European Capital of Sport", where the members of the Steering Committee Biser Manchev, Denis Drapic and GM Panagiotis Gialamas presented the project aims, activities and expected results to journalists from Sofia.
