Please find enclosed the official Umpire Application Form for the 27th Junior and 36th Senior AETF European Taekwon-Do Championships to be held from April 26th to May 1st 2022 in Porec, Croatia.
The deadline for submitting the application is on or before Thursday, February 10th, 2022. Teh application should be submitted at: umpire@itf-taekwon-do.eu

Notification:
This application form must be sent ONLY via the official National Association Representative of each country.
NO applications will be accepted from individuals, schools, clubs, or any other organizations.
SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT MEAN APPROVAL. You will receive an approval email confirming your application if you are selected.
If you did not receive confirmation of application from the ITF Umpire Committee by February 17th, 2022 - please contact us again and inquire about your application.
UMPIRES once registered through the NA with this application form MUST also be registered in Sportdata through ITF-Online.
According to the Official Invitation:
"International Umpires must secure their own flights tickets. The Organizing Committee covers the costs of six (6) nights - seven (7) days stay and full board (without drinks) in double rooms. If they wish, a limited number of single rooms is possible, with an additional payment of the difference between the price of a double and a single room, which amounts to 20 Euro per night. Everyone who wish to stay in a single room must request this when applying on the umpire form. Other registered umpires who wish to participate must pay for accommodation in a 4**** hotel according to the price list.

All selected umpires must attend the Umpire Meeting on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022. Selected umpires who will not be present at the umpire meeting shall be removed from the list and shall pay all costs incurred if they do not have a justifiable reason to their absence.
The AETF Tournament and Umpire Committee will inform the selected umpires by March 1st, 2022 and will provide the Organizing Committee with the selected umpires and a list of accommodation in double rooms (single room for an extra charge) no later than March 15th, 2022 by email: eurositf2022@gmail.com.
