Dear Grandmasters, Masters, Instructors, Coaches and Taekwon-Do Practitioners!

On behalf of the International Taekwon-Do Federation ITF we have the honour to invite you to the International Umpire Course.

This year the event takes place on November 23rd to 25th, 2018 in Miesbach, Bavaria, south of Germany close to Munich.

Our cordially thanks go to the ITF Umpire Committee and especially its Chairman Master Alberto Katz from Argentina who will be in charge of conducting the IUC.

To preserve the level of knowledge and to qualify for future international tournaments the IUC is required for all 2nd degree and above umpires, especially for participants interested in umpiring at the 2019 World Championship in Inzell, Germany.
