Dear AETF Members, 

After taking into consideration the current situation in Europe caused by Covid-19, the Organizing Committee of the European Championships 2021 – La Nucia, Spain in coordination with the All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation Board of Directors has confirmed with the city council of La Nucia to move the date of the EUROS 2021 to 23rd to 28th November 2021. 

Despite all obstacles and taking into consideration that almost no international competition was organized in Europe in 2020 and many event scheduled for 2021 were also postponed, the AETF Board would like to meet the needs of the AETF members and put all efforts to try to organize the European Championship yet in 2021. 

„The Organizing committee would like to express that we will do all our efforts to make real the Euros in 2021, of course in a better and controlled situation of the Covid19” – said Mr. Paco Ferrando, the FEST President and the Chair of the Organizing Committee. “We would like to think in positive and that the pandemic situation in the European Countries will be more controlled with the vaccine.”

It was agreed that the Organizing Committee will be working in all preparation and in May it will review the situation in order to decide and confirm if the situation allows to run the event in 2021 or finally to postpone it to later term.

We hope that by this time the situation across Europe caused by Covid-19 will come back to normal and the organization of this championships in 2021 will be possible.
