Dear AETF Country Members,
Dear Candidates,

After the closing date of the reopened application for the board members candidacy, we currently have no candidate for the position of Vice-President.
The Board has approved a procedure to fill this position according to the rules in the Voting Guidelines.

Procedure:

All AETF Member Countries who have fulfilled the obligations set by the AETF Constitution have the opportunity to nominate a candidate for the position of Vice President. Candidates should express their willingness to apply for the position in writing by email to AETF HQ and attach a CV. Furthermore, their National Association must submit the signed letter of support (enclosed).

The existing candidates who have already applied for a position on the Board, also have the opportunity to be nominated for the position of Vice President. They firstly must withdraw their candidacy for the Board and then apply in writing by email to AETF HQ attaching a new signed letter of support from the National Association (enclosed).

Given the time remaining before the Voting Congress, we have set a closing date of October 6th, 2021 to submit the application.
