Bulgarian Association of Taekwon-Do organized XV Summer Taekwon-Do Camp in Black Sea resort Kiten from 20 to 30 August 2021. A total number of 348 participants from Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina came together to share training sessions, funny games and to make lots of new friends.
The coaches of the 10 training groups strictly followed previously prepared schedule regarding training areas and topics. At the invitation of the Organizers of the camp experienced trainer in wrestling developed the skills for Self defense of the participants sharing his knowledge with the training groups and their coaches. The largest group of the black belts (53 persons) had the oppurtunity to have various experienced instructors during this camp – Ventsislav Ignatov (V dan – Bulgaria), Konstantinos Gialamas (VI dan – Greece), Vahid Drapic (V dan – Slovenia), Elvedin Okeric (V dan – Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Nijaz Dzaka (IV dan – Bosnia and Herzegovina). For a short time, we had a special guest from Romania – Master Alexandru Muresan (VII dan) who also had the opportunity do deliver a special training session to the black belts.
Entertaining of the participants once again was very well organized as they were divided into 6 different teams with assigned captains competing on the beach games and during the evening summary of the day. For this part of the daily schedule, we also had a special guest – Tsvetomir Ivanov – a famous TV showman who helped for the good of everybody in the end of the day. Each of the teams received huge 4 m flag with their symbol which made the competition between the teams more spectacular.
