The clubs ITF Brussels (Sabum Virginia Dionisi)  and ITF Woluwe (Daniel Kampff), both affiliated to ITF-Belgium, invited Lylian Doulay (France) to conduct a seminar in Woluwe (Brussels region) on February 16th 2019. Sabum Lylian Doulay, who already came several times to Belgium to prepare for championships, is multiple European Champion, multiple European & World Cup winner and silver medallist of the 2017 World Championships.

About 70 persons participated at the seminar, members ITF-Belgium from different schools, but also coloured and black belts from GD Luxembourg, France and Portugal.

Sabum Doulay made the participants work hard and sweat, but he also made sure the seminar was fun: strenght & conditioning and lots of kicking for pattterns, stretching, fundamental movements. There was room for questions. At the end of the seminar, that lasted for 3,5 hours, Sabum Doulay demonstrated the tul Moon-moo. The audience was very impressed by this performance.
