On March 1-3 2019, the Ukrainian Championship of Taekwon-Do among adults, juniors and youth and the  All-Ukrainian Union Championship of Taekwon-Do among children took place in Kyiv.

Altogether 1 165 participants took part in the competitions in sparring, pattern, special technique and power test. Competition in individual age and weight categories has reached 140 people in disciplines, which is undeniable evidence of the development of Taekwon-Do in Ukraine. Sportsmen from 13 regions and Kiev, which representing 32 sports clubs of the All-Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union 2 days competed for the best in the relevant divisions. For juniors and adults, the Championship of Ukraine was the next stage of selection for the main competitions of the year - the World Championship in Taekwon-Do, which will be held in Germany, Inzell. 

28 sportsmen and 6 instructors will represent Ukraine in this competition.
