Dear (grand)masters, instructors and competitors,

We would like to invite you to the 11th Holland Cup on the 23rd & 24th of May in The Netherlands. The Holland Cup is well known for its high standard ITF Taekwon-Do, great organization and for its hospitality. The Holland Cup is open for all ages and grades.

On the 11th Holland Cup competitors can compete in (team)pattern, sparring, pre-arranged free sparring, Chon-Ji challenge, power breaking and overall category sparring. On Sunday we will start the day with our special friendly team event in which we invite world class competitors to compete against each other. It will be spectacular!
